公民黨歡迎房署積極跟進攤分比率事宜

房屋署表示將會積極跟進居屋管理及維修費攤分比率事宜，公民黨對此表示歡迎，同時亦建議署方盡快成立機制並公佈詳情，並呼籲受影響屋苑法團盡快就事件聯絡房署作出跟進，早日為居民解困。
今日（7月24日）中午，公民黨黨魁楊岳橋聯同地區主任麥梓健(穗禾苑)及鄭文杰(天馬苑)與房署官員會面，商討屋苑攤分公用地方（例如斜坡、天橋）管理及維修費的比率問題。房署在會議中表示，攤分比率是不能隨意取代，領展及其後的新買家必須執行「限制性契諾」的條款。穗禾苑及天馬苑方面，房署已答應在今日後與相關法團互相交換文件，稍後穗禾苑法團亦將與英皇（新業主）及房屋署開會，跟進相關事宜。
立法會方面，楊岳橋已聯同譚文豪議員及郭家麒議員去信「公屋、居屋商場、街市及停車場事宜小組委員會」，要求盡快加開會議，令社會大眾可以一同監察。楊岳橋鼓勵23個受影響屋苑法團和業主主動與房署聯絡，了解屋苑的攤分比率，弄清自己的權利和責任。
