公民黨湯家驊澄清虛報地址的報道

就《明報》於2013年1月28日報道，指本人虛報住址，將「金鐘太古廣場某層，申報為1間公司的董事申報」，本人有以下的澄清︰

該公司並非本人之公司，而是大律師公會的一間慈善基金公司，其業務乃保送一些合資格之年輕大律師到英國受訓。本人因應在法律界之地位，榮獲邀請擔任為該慈善基金公司的董事，全屬義務工作。該公司申報表格並非由本人填寫，而是由大律師公會的職員填寫。本人不能確實回應錯報執業地址為居住地址之原因，但相信可能是有人一時疏忽，或認為與執業有關所致。看過今天《明報》之報道後，本人今天已即時責成本人秘書與該公司聯絡，希望能盡快更改有關地址。
