公民黨發起街頭簽名 要求林奮強辭職

公民黨今午設置收集簽名街站，並於現場「打爛」一個醬缸，寓意梁振英及行政會議是一個「混帳」團隊。

公民黨嚴正要求：
（一） 林奮強立即辭去行政會議職務並向公眾詳細交代事件；
（二） 立即檢討行政會議個人行益申報機制。

行政會議成員林奮強被傳媒踢爆，於政府徵收額外印花稅及買家印花稅前兩周，偷步出售半山堅道寶華軒兩個單位，獲取豐厚盈利。東窗事發，林奮強卻「大話冚大話」，意圖轉移視線，隱瞞事件。

但林奮強自爆將樓價調低至市價之下，如果他不知道即將實施新印花稅，為甚麼要急急賣樓？他自爆將交易差價，回佣予地產代理，涉嫌違反《防止賄賂條例》；他後來卻又反口，聲稱將差價捐贈予中原地產的慈善基金，中原地產立即劃清界線，指該基金從不接受私人捐款；最後林奮強聲稱將款項捐給環保團體，同時向特首申請休假，迴避公眾。林奮強三番四次說謊，誠信已告破產，不辭職難以向公眾交代。

可是梁振英竟然批准林休假處理賣樓風波，行政會議從來沒有休假制度，顯示梁振英意圖淡化事件，拒絕處理林奮強以權謀私醜聞。
