公民黨立法會議員湯家驊關注是否有大型連鎖集團向供應商施壓打擊小商戶

就最近傳媒廣泛報導售賣零食糧油百貨「759阿信屋」，懷疑因店內貨品零售價過低，遭供應商太古集團及維他奶公司停止供貨。供應商又要求店主跟循兩大超市及便利店的訂價，釐定「阿信屋」店內貨品的價格，令外間關注是否有大型連鎖店利用其市場佔有率，向供應商施壓以打擊小商戶。

公民黨對事件極為關注，立法會議員湯家驊已分別去信立法會經濟發展事務委員會主席，要求就事件是否違法競爭政策作討論，並邀請相關官員出席。此外，亦致信予「競爭政策諮詢委員會」主席、財政司司長曾俊華先生，要求「競爭政策諮詢委員會」就事件主動作調查，及解釋相關行徑是否違返競爭政策。
