公民黨籲泛民團結一致 互相尊重

今日(25日)立法會通過政改方案後，公民黨的立場如下：

公民黨重申，達致真普選必須符合兩項條件，一是普選特首時沒有篩選，二是普選立法會時廢除功能組別，而政改的癥結是功能組別的存廢，特區政府不要因通過方案而過度亢奮，因為通過的方案對功能組別的存廢隻字不提。

公民黨從早前基本法委員會副主任梁愛詩對保留功能組別的言論中察悉，功能組別將繼續存在。公民黨憂慮，新方案偏離實現真普選的目標，令香港最終不知何時才能達致一個真正普及而平等、一人一票的選舉，亦同時埋下功能組別議席長存於立法會的種子。

公民黨呼籲民主運動的同路人，就算策略不同，只要目標一致，堅持廢除功能組別的立場，都應互相尊重，團結合作。公民黨呼籲所有支持及參與民主運動的香港市民都積極參加7.1遊行，表達廢除功能組別，爭取真普選的決心。我們相信，只有秉持原則，溫和講理，民主同路人團結一致，真正的普選才有望在香港落地生根。
