公民黨聯同購買雷曼相關產品的客戶與渣打銀行會面結果發布

公民黨執委余冠威聯同購買雷曼相關產品的客戶，與渣打銀行高層會面，會面結果發布如下：

Ø      銀行代表示已送出客戶之前要求的有關文件，包括風險評估報告，同時亦指已優先處理長者的個案。

Ø      銀行主要是據銷售情況、文件處理及員工認可資格來進行調查。首階段調查已完成，並會於下星期起陸續通知客戶有關調查結果。銀行指並未發現系統性失誤，但個別個案在執行上有不符合百分百標準。

Ø      銀行於會上未有清晰回應對有關調查結果的上訴機制，只強調會以根據個別個案情況處理。
