公民黨要求孫明揚及黃仁龍回應正生書院搬遷計劃

公民黨非常關注正生書院的搬遷計劃，就此有以下回應：

  1. 公民黨要求教育局局長孫明揚能就著正生書院的搬遷計劃作出公開表態，以示支持正生書院的教育工作及禁毒成果，並主動與離島居民進行積極對話。
  2. 公民黨得悉領導青少年毒品問題專責小組的黃仁龍司長於去年十二月，曾以私人身份訪問正生書院。公民黨現公開邀請黃司長於本週內與公民黨聯袂訪問正生書院，以顯示政府支持青少年禁毒工作的決心。
  3. 公民黨支持正生書院搬遷至梅窩，擴充現有的服務，以鼓勵青少年戒毒者能融入社區。若正生書院能成功搬遷，將能充份顯示出香港是一個包容性強的社會，不但對正生書院的學生有正面的鼓勵作用，更能突顯梅窩是一個多元化的和諧社區。
  4. 公民黨的離島區議員將於6月15日的離島區議會會議中支持正生書院的搬遷計劃的任何動議，以幫助曾經沉淪毒海的青少年融入社會，積極面對未來。
  5. 公民黨已經與正生書院校長及相關持份者接觸，務求尋找合情合理的管理措施，使梅窩建設成共融的可持續社區。
