公民黨要求施政報告回應民生、經濟及政治訴求

施政報告將於本周三(16日)發表。目前社會民怨沸騰，許多社會問題不容再拖，公民黨要求梁振英於施政報告中，就扶貧、教育、房屋政策、減稅、政制發展等方面，作出以下具體承諾：

公民黨黨魁梁家傑促請政府在房屋、政制和扶貧這三大方面提供長遠和實際可行的政策。房屋方面要提供全盤的土地政策和房屋規劃的方向，協助有需要的市民上樓。扶貧方面，要盡快訂定貧窮線，並按貧窮指標制定扶貧政策及滅貧目標，例如每年減低一定程度的堅尼系數或每年減少一定數目的貧窮人口。政制方面則立即開始討論2017年政制改革的方法的細節，確保選舉一定是公道和公平。政府推行諮詢時要廣泛聽取市民意見。公民黨會從以上準則決定是否接受下星期三公布的施政報告。

公民黨立法會議員陳家洛則批評政府就許多巿民關注的議題上拖拖拉拉，例如15年免費教育、全民退休保障、訂立資訊自由法及檔案法、性傾向歧視及空氣質素和廢物管理等環境政策。他要求政府盡快就以上政策諮詢，定下清𥇦目標和執行方法。
