公民黨要求活化居屋二手市場 增加夾屋的流轉量

公民黨湯家驊議員對於運輸及房屋局局長張炳良，以書面回覆本人有關夾屋流轉量的質詢感到失望。湯家驊指出，政府興建夾屋與居屋的目的，均旨在回應中產市民的置業訴求，原則上沒有分別。

湯家驊指出，由於土地資源有限，當局應更靈活運用土地資源，不應只集中照顧居屋業主。再者，現時有10個夾屋項目、共8920個單位，盡快活化夾屋二手市場，可讓更多市民購買廉價房屋，舒援市場逼切需求。

湯家驊批評：「政府切勿再議以不決，應該盡快活化夾屋二手市場，讓更多夾屋業主符合資格，在市場自由轉讓，增加夾屋的流轉量。」
