公民黨議員於立法會外表達對政改的立場

公民黨五位立法會議員於政改本地立法條例草案恢復二讀前到立法會外示威，表達以下立場：

（一） 新增的區議會（第二）功能界別議席的選舉機制，將選舉權－即參選權、提名權及投票權－一分為三，違反基本的選舉原則，理應將其重新歸一。

（二） 在本地立法的層面，政府其實有極大的空間改革「傳統」功能組別，而且加強「傳統」功能組別不會長久存在的訊息，減低其嚴重失衡，提高透明度。

（三） 現時選舉委員會的議席分配過分傾斜，亦不設提名上限，直接扼殺特首選舉出現競爭的機會，故應改革選委會的議席分配原則。
