公民黨赴滬談政改

公民黨派員訪滬 與中央談政改

泛民議員在上海之行期間，與負責香港事務的中央官員單獨會晤談政改，是合情合理的要求。要求並非門面工夫，目的是讓雙方有較充裕時間以及較聚焦地交換意見。

中央政府至今未有明確回覆，我們感到失望之餘，亦不肯定中央有多少誠意認真與香港民意代表面談政改。

儘管如此，我們仍決定赴上海，原因有三：

一、訪問團領隊立法會主席曾鈺成公開說，泛民要求之安排「無問題」。故此，我們交託曾主席安排上述單獨會晤事宜，希望曾主席不負眾望。

二、我們需要盡作為香港民意代表之言責，利用刻下這一個機會，向中央力陳港人普選訴求及泛民「三軌方案」。

三、我們將於此行採取最高透明度，讓香港市民看到中央的表現，是否真箇在政改問題有商有量，抑或只是虚應泛民與香港人。北京在做，香港人在看。

公民黨訪滬的四位議員包括梁家傑議員、湯家驊議員、郭家麒議員和郭榮鏗議員。
