遺憾建制派議員阻辯論奶粉事宜

本人於今天的立法會內務委員會會議上，提出於2013年2月20日的立法會會議上，根據議事規則第16(4)條動議休會待續議案，就嬰幼兒奶粉的供求情況進行討。會上建制派議員以種種理由反對有關議案，令本人感到極為震驚。本人認為即使有關事務委員會已進行會議，但在事態發展未明朗及政府將提出法例修訂建議的情況下，議會實在有責任繼續跟進事件，回應市民關注。

另一方面，現時政府處理奶粉供求的政策由多個政策局執行，僅一個事委員會就事件進行討論並不足夠。本人認為若需組織多個事務委員會舉行聯席會議，在實際操作上並不符效率。本人遺憾建制派議員的取態置民生不顧，自我放棄今次反映民意、監督政府的機會。
