公民黨陳家洛去信立法會工務小組委員會

立法會工務小組委員會會議

立法會工務小組委員會正審議新界東南堆填區的工程項目撥款，本人認為有關項目未必能夠於短期內完成審議。鑒於特區政府認為現時仍有不少與民生有關的工程項目撥款申請有待工務小組委員會處理，本人認為，政府當局完全有責任透過靈活調動工務小組委員會的議程，讓輪候中的項目優先進行審議。

為此，本人特致函  閣下，促請政府當局調整2014年5月21日工務小組委員會的議程。本人並不認同政府當局利用其他民生工程項目作為籌碼向議會施壓，壓縮議會討論極具爭議性的工程項目的空間。

盼望  閣下以良好的行政立法關係以及市民的長遠福祉為念，認真考慮本人的建議。如有任何垂詢，煩請電2521 6292與本人聯絡。
