公民黨陳家洛 再度促請吳克儉局長收回言論

政府當局今天以書面回覆本人就吳克儉局長針對師生參與和平佔中運動言論的質詢時，指出吳局長的聲明只是對教師的善意提醒，本人對政府當局的回應感到相當不滿，亦認為局方的回應等同表明局長的言論純粹是打壓和平佔中行動。本人現再次強烈呼籲吳克儉局長立即收回有關言論，並認為：

1. 局方的回覆指局長的言論屬善意提醒，但事實上是對教師極不信任。每位教師均應有足夠的能力客觀地引導學生討論和理解和平佔中議題，局長的言論實是多此一舉，明顯局長的言論表達了對教師的不信任，是對教育專業的一大侮辱；

2. 吳局長的言論純粹是配合中央政府和特區政府，旨在恫嚇和打壓和平佔中行動，完全沒有考慮師生的應有權益；

3. 局長完全沒有回應本人提問中就學校處理和平佔中議題、教師參與相關行動的指引或教師因參與和平佔中可能對其專業資格的影響，表明吳克儉局長當日的言論並非於深思熟慮後才作出；

4. 民意對真普選的訴求已經相當清晰，特區政府目前應該做的絕對不是透過各種方式打壓爭取真普選的聲音，而是如實向中央政府反映香港市民對民主普選的訴求，盡快落實真普選。
