公民黨 – 綠色新經濟

「綠色新經濟」是公民黨對以下社會關注議題作出的回應：
- 滿足多元化經濟的需要 —- 保持經濟韌力
- 社區渴求優質環境—- 注重環境質素
- 市民追求公平公義的社會 —- 秉持社會公道
公民黨將聚焦在五個關鍵範疇：
職位 — 創造綠色和優質的就業職位
機遇 — 為商界締造綠色新機遇
城市結構 — 著重社區規劃及重建，創造更美好的生活環境
基建 — 為香港建構一個可持續發展的基建系統
建築物 — 將現有及將來的建築物提升為低碳建築群
未來一百日行動計劃：
步驟 1 ：與持份者對話
公民黨將聯絡下列持份者，並通過工作坊、意見調查、街頭論壇及政策對話等了解他們在以上關鍵範疇的看法：
- 基層市民 — 通過地區街坊組織
- 商界 — 通過商會、行業聯會及中小企團體
- 專業人士 — 通過專業團體、政經智囊團及學術界
- 民間組織 — 通過非政府組織、綠色團體
步驟 2 ：舉辦政策圓桌會議
我們將於2009年2月份舉辦一個政策圓桌會議，對所有與持份者對話後取得的數據和資料進行分析，再由公民黨內的「綠色新經濟」專責小組負責整合及提交一份完整的計劃大綱。
步驟 3 ：倡議「綠色新經濟」
「綠色新經濟」計劃大綱將在公民黨新一屆執委上任後一百日 (2009年3月15日) 正式公佈，並將呼籲特區政府、商界及社區支持，將計劃付諸行動。
整個程序將由公民黨新一屆執委領導，由黨內的「綠色新經濟」專責小組負責統籌，及由多個「持份者互動小組」專責安排。
