公民黨2012年立法會選舉 第二階段推薦參選名單

公民黨於今日（9日）召開黨員大會，黨魁梁家傑表示，通過並推薦以下黨員參與2012年立法會選舉：

地區直選
新界西：譚文豪
新界東：楊岳橋

功能組別
法律界：郭榮鏗

黨員大會授權執委會派出最強陣容參加立法會選舉，當中可能包括陳家洛夥拍陳淑莊參加港島區，余若薇夥拍郭家麒參加新界西，執委會將會稍後決定名單安排。而上次獲得黨員大會推薦參加功能組別(第二)的黨員陳琬琛，因工作理由而不會參加選舉。

余若薇表示，非常感激多年來港島區選民的支持。對於陳淑莊伙拍陳家洛出選港島，她感到非常鼓舞及高興。她指出，當初創立公民黨，就是培養新血，為民主運動接力。她指出，公民黨一直都希望在五個地區直選選區都爭取到議席，但在上次立法會選舉中，新西及九西都欠一點點而最終未能各取一席，故今次，公民黨希望以最大誠意，以最強陣容去爭取市民的支持。

陳家洛感謝黨員在大會上的支持，亦明白黨員對他有很大期望。他認為公民黨未來的形勢將會非常凶險，他自1986年參加民主運動以來，今次是一個關鍵時刻，他非常願意承擔更大責任，接受更加大的挑戰。

自1995年起擔任法律界議員的吳靄儀，對於有新血接棒感到雀躍，希望郭榮鏗的出選可以鼓勵更多年青律師、大律師從政。

為了選舉部署，陳家洛已辭去黨主席一職。執委會亦會稍後處理主席的出缺安排。
