前法官王式英聲援靜默遊行 郭榮鏗交代遊行安排

退休高等法院原訟庭法官王式英今日（6月26日）發表聲明，支持法律界於6月27日舉行的黑衣靜默遊行。王法官雖然身在海外而未能參與遊行，但在聲明中表示白皮書最堪憂慮之處在於它聲稱要法官必須愛國，令人懷疑法官會受到愛國的壓力所影響，並長遠導致再沒有獨立、自重的律師願意擔任法官。聲明又特別提到，特區政府沒有即時指出白皮書的「司法愛國」錯誤，香港律師會主席更公開支持白皮書，令人非常遺憾。王法官在聲明中表示，希望靜默遊行能促使特區政府及中央政府發表更正聲明。
另外，遊行發起人之一，立法會法律界議員郭榮鏗交代是次遊行安排，包括鼓勵參與者身穿黑衣，沿途不會喊口號，不會持任何展示品，集會不會有任何發言，遊行途中亦不設傳媒採訪，只會以靜默遊行形式作無聲抗議。
