港鐵大石砸死蟹 映灣園管理費飆升18%
多個港鐵轄下管理的屋苑將大幅增加管理費，其中包括東涌大型屋苑映灣園增幅最高，明年管理費飆升18%，由現時每呎約1.64元加至1.95元（以建築面積計）。而另一個屋苑海堤灣畔則加幅3.9%，港鐵的造法難以令業主接受。公民黨立法會議員郭家麒對港鐵「大石砸死蟹」及欠缺管理透明度，表示強烈不滿。
今午，郭家麒議員聯同東涌地區主任余俊翔及一眾映灣園居民到九龍灣港鐵站集合，後遊行至港鐵總部抗議。公民黨東涌地區發展主任余俊翔表示，絕不接受港鐵狂加管理費18%，要求港鐵公司履行社會責任，回應市民的訴求，立即撤回管理費加幅的決定。
而東涌映灣園居民陳先生非常不滿港鐵公司將管理費「一加再加」，陳先生透露，因應最低工資的要求，港鐵於半年前已加管理費5%，居民難以認同港鐵一年加兩次管理費的安排。
郭家麒將去信港鐵公司，要求與港鐵相關部門會面，並邀請受影響居民出席會議，清楚交代事件。
