反對更改規劃 關注民間行動 要求政府立即公開「解放軍碼頭」詳情

就保護海港協會今天表示反對政府把中區150米海濱規劃由休憩用地改變為軍事用途，並提出連串行動，本人認為政府當局必須正視民間的聲音，公開更多相關的資料，向社會清晰說明用地的管有權，以及該段海濱開放予公眾使用的具體安排。本人：

1.    必須重申強烈反對把原屬公共空間的海濱土地改劃為軍事用途的立場，亦將會繼續在議會內外跟進有關項目；

2.    對於發展局就較早前本人發出的信件的回應並不滿意；本人促請政府當局盡快公開所有與解放軍碼頭計劃相關的資料，包括特區政府與解放軍就「解放軍碼頭」項目的會議的記錄及所達成的協議的具體內容；

3.    將會在下周二舉行的立法會發展事務委員會會議上，正式要求事務委員會就解放軍碼頭規劃事宜進行討論，並考慮舉行公聽會讓民間表達意見。
