向鄉議局反映保育民意 呼籲劉皇發收回動議 陳家洛到鄉議局遞交3,224市民簽名

立法會將於後天(2013年12月4日)表決把「不包括土地」大浪西灣納入郊野公園範圍的議案。鄉議局劉皇發議員將動議廢除此項保育建議。立法會議員陳家洛聯同公民黨香港島支部主席梁兆新今早到沙田鄉議局大樓向鄉議局主席劉皇發遞交3,224個市民簽名，呼籲劉尊重民意，立即收回動議。

陳家洛於上星期二、四及六分別到中環、灣仔及銅鑼灣進行簽名行動，盼凝聚市民力量，促使立法會堅守保育自然環境的立場，反對劉的動議。他擔心，繼商人魯連成在大浪西灣開闢大型私人花園後，若建制派動議獲通過，大浪西灣不被納入郊野公園範圍，亦不受《郊野公園條例》(第208章)規管，當地勢將發展失控，自然環境必然會受到嚴重破壞。

陳家洛要求把大浪西灣納入西貢東郊野公園範圍，並同時注意到白腊、海下及鎖羅盤三處的分區計劃大綱草圖未能充份保護郊野及海岸公園，他亦敦促政府把所有「不包括土地」納入郊野公園範圍，並與村民商議如何提供資源和措施改善村民生活、開展不破壞郊野公園的旅遊、農業等經濟活動，促進城鄉共融。
