呼籲林司長面對公眾 真正「有商有量」 消除「一錘定音」疑慮

本人於上星期五去信林鄭月娥司長，要求她向公眾清楚解釋，如是次政改方案不獲立法會通過，政府會否有替代方案，並趕及在2017年前重啟「政改五部曲」，實現《基本法》中的普選承諾。本人同時邀請林司長在任何時間、任何地點與公眾討論政改方案，以實際行動與市民「有商有量」。
可是，本人昨天已收到林司長回覆，她聲稱會繼續聆聽各界對政改的意見，但因公務繁忙，未能抽空出席公眾論壇。
相比之下，上星期六林司長出席政改研討會，會上北京大學法學院教授饒戈平在指出，公民提名、政黨提名，還是公民推薦或政黨推薦，一律違反《基本法》立法原意。林司長竟然指饒戈平「一錘定音」，引起各界關注林司長是否「落閘」，拒絕討論公民提名及政黨提名。
雖然林司長已經就「一錘定音」論致歉，但聽其言、觀其行，自政改啟動至今，公眾非常關心林司長是否一直偏聽，只重視京官言論，但將公民提名視作「口號式」建議，質疑她沒有持平做好政改工作。
四場早餐會亦已經完結，政改諮詢亦到達尾聲，林司長應立即交代會如何處理泛民提出的具體建議，會否在政改方案中納入公民提名，打破公眾對「一錘定音」的疑慮。
今天，我再一次去信林司長，誠邀司長於政改諮詢期內任何時間、任何地方舉辦公眾論壇，親自回應市民質詢，才可真正做到「有商有量」，達致社會共識。
