回應「反對白牌車大聯盟」慢駛行動

今日「反對白牌車大聯盟」發起慢駛行動，抗議Uber非法載客。公民黨立法會議員譚文豪指出，科技日新月異，網約車的興起是大勢所趨。在改善接載「街客」服務質素的同時，政府應檢討將推出的專營的士及現時出租車牌照的制度，讓新興網約車行業可以合法營運。檢討牌照制度同時可讓政府監管網約車營辦商，確保市場存在一定競爭，避免營辦商收取過高佣金。譚文豪引新加坡為例，指當地網約應用程式可同時召的士及網約車，兩者共存，值得仿效。
譚文豪亦表示，根據消費者委員會今日發表的研究報告，現時的士業界部分手機應用程式約車成功率偏低，更經常出現「揀客」及司機遲到的情況。他認為政府可擔當統籌角色，推動整合現時各款應用程式，以改善服務質素。
就聯盟建議容許司機於繁忙時間「彈性收費」，譚文豪認為的士咪錶收費過往已經多次加價，服務質素亦未見改善。因為即使收費增加，車主亦會向司機加租，結果乘客及司機均不會受惠。如果容許的士繁忙時間「彈性收費」，車主才是最後得益者。
身為的士服務質素委員會的委員之一，譚文豪承諾會將各種意見於委員會反映。
