基建規劃影響深遠   政府牽頭再做諮詢
回應「香港國際機場2030年規劃大綱」公眾諮詢結果

今日下午機場管理局公佈「香港國際機場2030年規劃大綱」的公眾諮詢結果，本人認為是次擴建機場的計劃是一項重要及巨大的機建，對本港經濟、貿易、人口及環境等做成深遠影響。如只依賴一次公眾諮詢及一個法定環評報告來落實整個基建計劃有不足之處，本人建議 :

政府當局現應聯同機場管理局仔細研究及分析是次的公眾諮詢結果，並針對是次公眾諮詢中受廣泛關注的事項，包括如碳排放量、噪音污染、空氣質素、空域限制、經濟效益及社會成本等問題，主動提出一個詳細及具體的設計圖則及融資方案。在得到相關結果後由政府牽頭再作出新一輪的公眾諮詢。

由政府牽頭的新一輪公眾諮詢可避免機管局有機會出現的角色衝突問題，同時讓市民有機會更聚焦地針對單一方案發表意見。
