民航局對本地航空公司發警示
其惡超越送中條例 如提早實行信用評分
中國民航局對本地航空公司發出安全風險警示，並提出三項無理要求，其實旨在香港蔓延白色恐怖、實行政治打壓。今日中國政府可以透過民航局向航空公司要求交代員工政治取向，他日同樣可以向銀行業、運輸業或任何一間有內地業務的公司提出相同要求，猶如隔空將中國社會信用評分系統這副枷鎖套在香港人頭上。
公民黨立法會議員譚文豪認為香港的司法制度奉行「無罪推定」，所有被告在法庭上應先經被視為無罪；這也是聯合國國際公約確認和保護的基本人權，正正與中國法制的「有罪推定」相反。目前被捕的機師未經法庭審判，卻遭中國民航局「未審先判」，令人質疑是否將中國的司法制度強加於香港？此舉超越「送中條例」，令香港人直接曝露於對中國司法制度不公的恐懼中；同時顯示中國政府完全無視香港整整兩個月的反送中運動，更進一步削弱香港人對中國的信心。
