回應林奮強辭職

對於行政會議成員林奮強先生辭去行會職務，公民黨認為，林奮強在公開交待「偷步賣樓」一事上，多次改變說法，即使律政司最後決定不就事件提出起訴，也難以挽回公眾對林奮強的信心，而且行政會議成員過往並無因為犯錯而長期休假的安排，林先生的處理方式難免衝擊了整個問責制度。特區政府應該從今次事件中汲取教訓，並明白公職人員是否違法並非公眾檢視官員操守的唯一道德標準，日後應更果斷及嚴謹地處理有關問題。

公民黨強調，身兼行政會議官守及非官守成員的特區政府高層，接二連三出現誠信問題，我們促請當局盡快檢討行會成員懲處機制及休假安排，挽回市民對整個問責制度的信任，以免特區政府陷入管治危機。
