回應立法會閉路電視截圖外洩

就今日有傳媒刊登了立法會大樓的閉路電視片段截圖，指本人與本人助理運送發電機進入立法會大樓的事件。本人的回應如下：
對於立法會內閉路電視截圖外洩，本人感到震驚及擔憂。立法會的閉路電視，是基於保安理由而拍攝及紀錄，大樓工作人員及公眾人士的出入情況。今年3月3日，立 法會秘書長陳維安先生，與議員助理會面，解釋立法會保安措施時，陳維安曾表示，閉路電視的片段只會根據法律程序，交予執法部門使用。但如今竟然有多間傳媒，收到聲稱由「讀者提供」的圖片。
事件嚴重侵犯了被攝者的私隱，涉嫌違反《個人資料（私隱）條例》。更令人擔心的是，立法會的閉路電視片段，如此容易被取得及公開，會否被不法者及別有用心者不當使用。
本人已去信立法會主席曾鈺成，要求立法會調查圖片外洩原因；並清楚交代調查結果，及釐清閉路電視片段的使用守則。另外亦已去信個人資料私隱專員公署，查詢事件是否違反《個人資料（私隱）條例》。
