土地供應專責小組多名成員主張郊野公園起樓 「大辯論」恐變「扮辯論」

特首林鄭月娥今日委任「土地供應專責小組」22名非官方成員及8名官方成員，就增加土地供應方案作出「大辯論」。至少6名非官方成員包括黃遠輝主席、王坤、雷鼎鳴、黃元山、彭一邦及劉振江均為開發郊野公園起樓的支持者，佔非官方成員幾乎三分之一，另一位非官方成員鄒廣榮更曾經公開倡議填平船灣淡水湖起樓。
上屆特首梁振英任內最後一份2017年《施政報告》重提在郊野公園起樓，並在其任期完結前一個多月，宣布邀請房協研究在大欖及馬鞍山郊野公園邊陲地建屋的可行性。
公民黨立法會議員陳淑莊今日(8月29日)表示，林鄭月娥接任特首後，並無叫停上屆政府遺下的開發郊野公園起樓的房協研究，這個取態已令人懷疑是一個伏線，加上林鄭今日公布的「土地供應專責小組」名單包括多位主張在郊野公園起樓的成員，令人更添憂慮今屆政府與上屆無異，同樣在打郊野公園主意。
陳淑莊提醒林鄭，林鄭2013年時任政務司司長期間，曾經指出香港仍有34%土地未有發展，毋須發展郊野公園。
棕地、市區重建都是土地供應來源，陳淑莊呼籲林鄭切勿對郊野公園起樓有既定立場，利用「土地供應專責小組」走過場，所謂「大辯論」是幌子，其實是「扮辯論」。
