城規會明議養和規劃 政黨居民齊聲反對

立法會議員陳淑莊得悉有跑馬地居民曾就修訂養和醫院地段發展參數的申請，向城市規劃委員會發出律師信。有關信件指城規會在修訂黃泥涌分區計劃大綱草圖時，只參考較早前與養和醫院達成的協議來編訂，而沒有考慮在分區計劃大綱草圖進行公眾諮詢時所收集的意見，認為城規會並沒有按程序諮詢及吸納公眾的意見，而是早已決定按照與養和醫院間的協議訂立黃泥涌分區計劃大綱圖內有關地段的發展參數，因此城規會程序的合法性備受質疑。

城市規劃委員會將於明天（4月8日）的會議上，審議跑馬地養和醫院地段修訂發展參數的申請。部份居民已表明反對有關申請。受跑馬地居民委託，公民黨副主席黎廣德先生及公民黨地區發展主任吳彥強先生，將與其他居民代表在有關會議上發言，陳述居民反對有關修訂的理據。
