執行委員會提名表格

如欲在周年大會中提名黨員或競逐執行委員會的黨主席、黨魁、副主席(內務) 、副主席(外務) 、秘書長、司庫及沒有特定職務成員的職位，請填妥以下提名表格並在2008年11月22日中午十二時或之前將表格送抵公民黨秘書處。根據組織章程第54章 (iv)，除非總行政幹事在即將舉行執行委員會選舉的周年黨員大會舉行日期最少十四天的中午十二時前收到提名表格的正本，而提名內容為正確及清晰可辨，否 則提名不得視作有效。
