引入公眾監督 盡快完成工作 要求立即改善幼稚園教育

在早前立法會教育事務委員會的公聽會上，各界已經展現強烈的共識，要求盡快落實免費幼稚園教育。政府當局今天公佈成立免費幼稚園教育委員會的詳情，本人認為如果委員會及政府皆同意盡快落實免費幼稚園教育，有關委員會的工作就必須公開透明，亦應考慮在完成所有工作前，優先落實可即時改善本地幼稚園教育的具體措施。本人認為：

1. 政府當局必須立即交代有關委員會的具體工作計劃和時間表，以及與免費幼稚園教育相關的不同議題的處理優先次序，以確定委員會能充份回應社會對幼稚園教育強烈而一致的訴求；

2. 在全面落實免費幼稚園教育前，政府當局絕對有空間即時和優先處理幼師資歷架構薪級表和處理現行學券制下全日制幼稚園資源不足的問題；

3. 委員會的運作必須透明及廣泛引入公眾參與和監督，並為此成立網上平台；委員會的會議及討論文件應全面公開，委員會亦應設立渠道收集社會大眾的意見，以及主動與不同的持分者進行溝通。
