張震遠續掌市建局 用人唯親損害管治

政府剛剛公布，市建局主席張震遠獲續任兩年。張震遠於07年開始擔任此職，獲續任後任期長達八年。張震遠為梁振英親信，加上他的表現備受質疑，公民黨對政府續任張震遠予以譴責。
「六六原則」指明公職人員不得連續擔任同一職務超過六年，或不能同時出任超過六個公職，這項公開原則早於回歸前已經存在。但特區政府已多次違反慣例，例如已有多位委任區議員任期超過六年，港鐵主席錢果豐任期亦長達九年半，張震遠任期亦長達八年之久。
張震遠曾擔任梁振英的競選辦公室主席，梁振英當選後，張震遠繼續為他推銷各項政策，及在僭建醜聞中多次為他辯護。張震遠獲破例續任市建局主席，再次引證梁振英用人唯親，把公職當作政治酬庸，進一步損害政府管治威信。
張震遠把市建局當作私人發展商，為樓市推波助瀾。最近數年市建局推出的項目，售價與私人發展商無異：2010年，市建局與南豐集團聯手發展位於灣仔的單幢樓 「Queen’s Cube」，平均呎價竟高達 1.57萬元，令公眾嘩然；去年市建局與房協合作推出「喜雅」項目，為首個限售予港人的屋苑，但入場費高達三百萬，難以協助市民置業。
公民黨強烈譴責政府再一次違反「六六原則」，並要求政府詳細交代張震遠獲續任原因。
