我要全民退休保障簽名行動

公民黨一直關注市民退休後的生活保障，多年來一直爭取政府推出全民退休保障計劃。政府一直將民間對「全民退休保障計劃」的訴求，視而不見，卻只推出每月2,200元的「長者生活津貼」，更甚的是在津貼當中加上資產審查，實在令市民失望。

公民黨認為，政府於「長者生活津貼」設置資產審查，不但做成標籤效應，而填寫入息及資產申報的手續繁複，亦對申請者造成不便。

「特惠生果金計劃」根本無助解決長遠老人退休保障問題，最多只能作為過渡性措施。公民黨建議，政府必需在短期內開展全民退休保障計劃的諮詢，並在兩年內提出相關結論及實施的時間表。

公民黨重申，我們要求：
1. 「長者生活津貼」是實施「全民退休保障」的過渡性措施；
2. 政府盡快推出「全民退休保障計劃」的諮詢，並在兩年內提出結論；及
3. 在資產審查上作出讓步，包括70歲以上免審查。
