房協為虎作倀！無視市民水深火熱，助紂為虐推高樓價

日前，屬香港法定非牟利機構的香港房屋協會，公布繼青衣綠悠雅苑後，將推出筲箕灣南安里的市區重建項目，該項目是以「長幼共融」模式，即長者屋及私樓混合發展。然而，項目的樓價估計高達800萬元，就算是低層的長者屋單位月租亦估計達9千元，入場費令人側目，試問如何達致長幼共融？

在市民一直期望政府解決高租金高樓價的問題時，半公營性質的房屋協會不但無法紓解市民現時面對的問題，更助紂為虐推高樓價，完全與只為賺取暴利，不理市民死活的地產霸權無異。

事件實在令公眾不能接受。就此公民黨立法會議員郭家麒今日已去信立法會房屋事委委員會主席王國興，要求委員會就此事宜召開特別會議，讓議員有機會質詢房協，並討論事件，回應市民的關注。
