抗議中共打壓維權人士 聲援黃琦王全璋

內地「六四天網」創辦人黃琦，被內地當局以涉嫌「向境外非法洩露國家機密」而關押。近日有消息指，他再被加控「故意洩露國家秘密罪。」
54歲的黃琦於1999年創辦「六四天網」，2000年以來多次被拘捕，曾被判「煽動顛覆國家政權罪」而監禁5年；2008年四川汶川地震後，因揭露豆腐渣工程而被判「非法持有國家機密文件」罪判囚3年。對於中共對黃琦連番迫害，意圖以刑獄打壓了維權人士，實在可恥。
另一方面，內地709被羈押的維權律師王全璋，其妻子李文足到最高人民法院遞信，要求法院依法辦案，但被公安阻撓。李文足指王全璋案件移送至天津市第二中級法院已經20個月，超出規定辦理期限。她批評法院一直拖延，要求最高人民法院履行監督職責，跟進事件。
就此，公民黨聯同社民連、支聯會成員到中聯辦請願，要求中共釋放黃琦及王全璋。郭家麒批評中共以言入罪，以刑獄以圖嚇阻維權人士以滅聲維穩，非常可恥。郭家麒認為，中共經常自詡世界強國，就應無懼人民，還中國人民言語自由，釋放黃琦、王全璋，及所有仍然在囚的維權人士。
