抗議中共無理拘捕 要求釋放維權人士

內地「民生觀察」網站創辦人劉飛躍，本月中被指顛覆國家政權，被內地執法部門拘留。「民生觀察」網站紀錄了群眾抗議、徵地拆遷、秘密拘押、發佈異見人士的故事。根據「民生觀察」網站透露，自劉飛躍於2006年創辦該網後，每逢兩會等敏感時期，劉都會遭當局非法拘禁，並以「極不人道的毆打等形式的迫害、威脅，甚至殃及家屬」。
而劉飛躍的律師江天勇亦同告失蹤。江天勇曾協助愛滋病感染者的維權活動，亦曾參與關注高志晟、陳光誠的行動。過去江曾多次遭警方綁架、拘禁及毆打，導致到聽力受損及肋骨骨折。而除了劉飛躍及江天勇，在709大搜捕事件中仍有多名律師失聯，毫無音訊超過一年。
公民黨今日到中聯辦抗議中共無理拘捕維權人士。公民黨立法會議員郭家麒批評中共以言入罪，並對被捕人士施以酷刑，實在非文明社會能接受。郭家麒聯同東區區議員黎志強及多名黨友，到中聯辦抗議及遞交信件，要求內地交代江天勇及其他失蹤的維權人士下落、停止對他們進行酷刑，並立即釋放他們。
