抗議中共非法拘捕審訊維權人士 要求釋放謝陽 陳建剛

中共政府不斷打壓內地維權人士。內地維權律師謝陽，被控煽動顛覆國家政權和擾亂法庭秩序，昨日在湖南長沙市中級人民法院一審開庭。謝陽的妻子表示，謝陽是受到殘酷的嚴刑逼供，迫不得已認罪。
謝妻亦出示一封謝陽早前撰寫的信件，已預告日後如果自己認罪，是因為持續受到酷刑折磨。謝陽去年被捕，早已傳出遭受酷刑，包括長時間剝奪睡眠、通宵被固定審訊椅上、遭毆打、禁止飲食等。
而本月初，曾經擔任謝陽代理律師的維權律師陳建剛，與其家人，包括兩名分別只有6歲及3歲的兒子，在雲南旅遊時被警方粗暴帶走及拘留。報道指內地警方在未出示警員證件及進行法律手續下，把他們的個人財物被搶走，而陳建剛亦被強迫簽字。而聯合國的人權事務高級專員辦事處亦已表達對事件的關注。
對於內地執法部連番對維權人士的打壓，公民黨表示憤怒。立法會議員郭家麒，斥責中共濫用私刑及非法拘捕的行動非常粗暴可恥，不為文明社會所接受。郭家麒要求中共遵從國際人權義務，立即釋放維權人士，停止所有對維權人士的暴力、非法的行為。
