抗議習近平「恢復帝制」 政治倒退步入專權獨裁

中共中央委員會擬修改《憲法》，取消國家主席不可以連超過兩屆的決定。中央委員會提出，將《憲法》第79條第3款「中華人民共和國主席、副主席每屆任期同全國人民代表大會每屆任期相同，連續任職不得超過兩屆」，修改為「中華人民共和國主席、副主席每屆任期同全國人民代表大會每屆任期相同」。此修改一旦通過，是破壞了自鄧小平年代廢除領導幹部終身制的決定。

除此之外，習近平更要在《憲法》序言部分，加入的其新時代中國特色社會主義思想內容。公民黨立法會議員郭家麒認為，習近平為了鞏固個人勢力，不惜破壞《憲法》。其做法不但「神化」個人在中共政府體系中的角色，更是集權在身，令個人權力地位永垂不朽、不容動搖。

有關建議在下月的全國人大常委會中一旦通過，是中國政制、民主的大倒退，令中國進一步走向獨裁與專權的統治，如同「恢復帝制」，令中國的政治體制走回頭路。

郭家麒認為，中共中央委員會如要修改《憲法》，就應根據諾貝爾和平獎得主劉曉波先生有份撰寫的《零八憲章》修改，令中國步向民主，令中國人民有民主、人權、法治與自由。

另外，一眾請願人士於中聯辦門外默哀，悼念內地著名人權律師李柏光。李柏光在內地為為農民及基督信徒提供法援而被當局逮捕。日前在南京解放軍81醫院病逝，人權組織指李柏光沒有肝病歷史，認為李是「被肝病死」。
