抗議醫管局秋後算帳 力撐醫護罷工救港

據知，醫管局人事部昨日去信員工，要求員工解釋本月初罷工五天「缺勤原因」，又有消息指不排除扣除涉事員工缺勤日子的薪金。在發予員工的電郵指，醫管局繼續支薪但不代表局方就其「未獲批准的缺勤而放棄追究的權利」，稍後會聯絡員工核實缺勤紀錄。

另外，亦有傳媒報道，指九龍西聯網總監謝文華要求瑪嘉烈醫院放射診斷科部門主管交出部門罷工名單，同樣是對罷工員工作出追究。

公民黨郭家麒對於醫管局向罷工員工作出秋後算帳的行動表示憤怒。醫管局向員工施壓，嚴重打擊員工仕氣，令他們現時面對抗疫情的沉重壓力下百上加斤。

公民黨重申，醫護罷工的訴求是為了令政府封關，制止疫情在港擴散；同時是保障醫護人員有足夠的醫護裝備。現時香港出現武漢肺炎的社區爆發，醫護裝備亦見匱乏，充分說明醫護罷工之舉完全是合情合理。醫管局未有做好僱主的責任保護員工，卻反之追究員工爭取合理權益，做法實在不能接受。

我們促請醫管局立即停止向員工一切追究、施壓的行為，集中精力為員工提供足夠的防護裝備及增加對他們抗疫工作的支援，方為良心僱主應盡之責。
