抗議非法缷泥　要求政府正視

公民黨與民間團體「創建香港」的召集人司馬文(Paul Zimmerman)在過去三星期一直跟進薄扶林區內的缷泥問題。分別在街頭及網上收集市民簽名，以促請環保署頒布停工令，禁止香港西排水隧道的工程承辦商繼續在鋼線灣非法缷泥，及呼籲港鐵公司在興建南港島綫時採用「零缷泥方案」。

公民黨亦已聯同薄扶林居民與環保署及港鐵開會跟進情況，另將與立法會申訴部開會繼續抗議非法缷泥的情況，並將約見運輸及房屋局局長鄭汝樺及地政總署，要求政府正視市民訴求。

今日，公民黨黨魁余若薇，立法會議員陳淑莊及司馬文再次於數碼港收集市民簽署和向區內居民解釋「零缷泥方案」及報告有關跟進情況。
