提供出路 提休會待續議案 讓民生先行

公民黨執委會於今晚會議決定不會參與立法會拉布行動。

公民黨重申，立法會現時的困局，是因為政府及建制派立法會議員推卸責任，但卻諉過於人。立法會出現目前困局，全因政府的管治能力已經破產，進退失據，有權收回遞補惡法卻不做；而佔議會過半人數的建制派卻不能全數出席會議，是導致流會的最大原因。

公民黨黨魁梁家傑提出休會待續，是解決目前困局的唯一出路。公民黨呼籲政府要急市民所急，擱置審議惡法，讓民生法案先行。

公民黨將於明天參於民間組織發起的「反遞補」集會，並呼籲市民一同出席，要求政府撤回惡法。
