揮春贈內地在囚維權人士 讓維權人士回家過新年

農曆新年，是中國人與家人共聚的日子。可惜，在中國，仍然有不計其數的維權人士，被內地的執法部門囚禁、軟禁，又或者「被失蹤」。包括在「709大抓捕」中被捕，昨日被秘密審訊的維權律師王全璋。

香港市民在迎接新年喜氣洋洋的同時，我們仍毋忘在內地犧牲個人自由，爭取民主、人權的維權勇士。今日下午，公民黨與社民連成員，聯同一眾一向關注內地民主狀況的團體，包括支聯會、中國維權律師關注組、及華人民主書院，一同前往中聯辦請願，要求釋放維權人士。

維權律師王全璋被指涉嫌顛覆國家政權，「被消失」1,298日後昨日被秘密審訊，被判監禁4年半；內地維權網站「民生觀察」負責人及創辦人劉飛躍自2016年底被拘捕後，昨日亦被判監禁5年；另外獲德法兩國駐華使館聯合頒贈「人權法治獎」的人權律師余文生，被指涉嫌「煽動顛覆國家政權」和「妨害公務」兩項罪名，拘捕已一年，案件多次被延期開審。

而除了維權律師被打壓外，上周於深圳至少5名支援佳士工人的維權人士，亦被指「聚眾擾亂社會秩序罪」而被捕。

公民黨議員郭家麒表示，習近平早前暗示不會作出政治改革，在「習時代」下，只見中國變得更封建、更獨裁、更漠視民主自由等基本人權。中國所謂的文明開放，只是流於表面。郭表示，真正文明開放的社會，公民應有的自由、民主、人權， 奉勸習近平回頭是岸，釋放所有維權人士， 讓所有中國人民得到民 主、自由、公義。
