解決流會困局    責任全在政府
擱置審議惡法    民生法案先行

去年七一遊行，就有超過20萬市民上街反對遞補機制，抗議剝奪補選投票權，惟政府妄顧清晰民意，依仗保皇黨護航下，硬要通過剝奪港人選舉權利的違憲方案。

公民黨認為，立法會發生目前困局，全因政府作繭自縛，堅持「死撐」通過遞補惡法，責任全在政府。梁振英都呼籲市民發聲，而去年的遊行已證明有廣大市民要求現屆政府撤回遞補惡法。至於能否擺脫立法會僵局，全在特區政府一念之間。

公民黨上星期就在立法會提出中止待續議案，但政府與保皇黨寧願陷立法會於不義，置公眾利益於不顧，否決中止待續，堅持推行惡法，導致目前進退為谷，如果拖累任何與民生息息相關的法案，責任全在政府擇「惡」固執。

公民黨指出，現時距離立法會休會只剩下兩個月，但仍有16條法案未獲審議，當中一些利民紓困的法案包括一手樓、不良營商、競爭法等等。公民黨呼籲政府要急市民所急，擱置審議惡法，讓民生法案先行。
