收回粉嶺高爾夫球場 政府須有實際行動 切勿「口講口賠」

就有消息指行政會議將決定全面接納土地供應專責小組報告，包括發展粉嶺高爾夫球場32公頃土地的建議。公民黨立法會議員陳淑莊持觀望態度，指政府必須有實際行動，而非「口講口賠」。
陳提醒根據粉嶺高爾夫球場地契第21條顯示，政府可以公共用途為由，於契約到期前12個月以書面形式通知承租人，並不須作出任何賠償下收回相關土地。她指出如政府「真心真意」收回用地，必須於2019年8月底前作出有關決定及相應措施。
陳更指發展粉嶺高爾夫球場32公頃只是開始，政府必須交代其餘約140公頃用地的去向，若政府將會發展其餘用地，須小心規劃周邊的基建及有關用途。
同時，就另一可能影響粉嶺高爾夫球場去向的私人遊樂場地契約公眾諮詢檢討，民政局局長一再拖延公布有關公眾諮詢的報告，陳淑莊已去信民政事務委員會主席要求民政局盡快就此到委員會作清晰的交代及討論，以免錯失收回用地的機會。
