政府抽走民生相關項目　犠牲市民福祉

工務小組委員會主席梁家傑議員早前接納單仲偕議員的建議，運用議事規則賦予主席的權力，決定將與民生關係密切、爭議性較少的議程調前。梁家傑議員撰寫好判決理由，提交委員會之際，政府突然將該十多項民生攸關的項目抽走，令小組委員會主席未能行使立法會先例，調動議程以增加審議效率。

被抽起的議程包括建2所特殊學校，1間小學、1所女童群育學校、污水處理設施、體育館、政府綜合大樓等。這些工程因政府的舉動而失去提早獲審批的機會。

梁家傑認為政府此舉體現「行政霸道」，是與民為敵的行為。梁家傑批評政府寧犧牲市民的福祉，亦要削去小組委員會主席調動議程的權力。
