敦促港鐵改善高鐵售票安排

今天，港鐵車務營運總監李聖基先生公布日後高鐵的售票安排，港鐵可銷售14個直達站的車票，但市民須透過其他途徑購買直達站以外的車票，或須支付手續費。公民黨陳淑莊議員質疑，兩地的高鐵車票銷售網絡根本未能銜接，與一直標榜的高鐵接通全國網絡大相逕庭，必須立即改善。
李聖基總監指出，西九龍站日後將有28個售票櫃檯及39部售票機，但乘客只能購買14個由香港出發、或以香港為終站的直達站車票；如乘客前往直達站以外的車站或班次，須經內地銷售商購票及必須支付手續費用，對香港乘客並不公道；他們亦可到內地高鐵站的售票機購買內地高鐵車票，但將難以掌握時間和行程；另外，港鐵代表在二月底議員參觀西九龍高鐵站時表示，售票機未能接受支付寶及二維碼購票，亦對內地乘客做成不便。
陳淑莊質疑，香港已花費千億公帑興建高鐵，亦犧牲了司法管轄權，最終更「一地兩檢、兩地售票」，令高鐵的效益大打折扣。港鐵必須改善高鐵售票安排，爭取內地高鐵段的售票權及取消手續費。
