新鴻基分拆業務 訛稱九巴虧蝕 公民黨揪出幕後黑手

繼九巴去年底向政府申請加價8.5%，政府於今年3月批准加幅為4.9%後，該公司再次以虧蝕為由申請加價4.3%。
公民黨立法會議員郭家麒指出，九巴幕後母公司為新鴻基地產，其旗下的載通國際控股有限公司將業務分拆為九巴、路訊通及物業發展部，但新鴻基沒有將這些衍生業務收益納入九巴收入，訛稱九巴虧蝕，製造加價理據。
根據載通國際控股有限公司去年年報，該公司2012年盈利達3.68億，比2011年的2.75億大幅上升三成；載通去年來自媒體銷售及物業銷售的收入分別為4.2億及1.1億，這些收入來自九巴車箱內重播不斷的路訊通，及前身為九巴車廠的多個物業項目（包括荔枝角豪宅曼克頓山）。
為此，郭家麒議員聯同公民黨九龍西地區發展主任陳友昌、余德寶及黨友今天到新鴻基地產總部示威 ，揪出幕後黑手，反對九巴加價申請。
