李家超堅持強推中港引渡 楊岳橋批為媚上不擇手段

今日下午，保安局局長李家超向記者重申他的一貫立場，堅持政府修訂《逃犯條例》的建議，是堵塞現有漏洞的必要措施。他指今次修例，不單是為了將在台灣涉嫌殺人的香港疑犯移交到台灣受審，更是為了防止來自包括中國內地在內的任何國家的逃犯藏身香港，就此逍遙法外。

李家超又表示，如果港人在境外的行為在香港不構成刑事罪行，將不會被引渡。他認為市民擔心日後內地濫用一次性引渡安排，因而反對修例，實是過慮。

身在台北的公民黨立法會議員楊岳橋指，台灣政府就港人在台兇殺案向港府請求協助時，並不是為了讓港府借處理台灣殺人案，將港台引渡與中港引渡綑綁處理。他促請港府實事求是，先集中處理港台引渡，將涉事疑犯移交台灣。

楊岳橋續指，假如日後港府提出二十三條立法，顛覆國家政權、危害國家安全將會被列入香港的刑事罪行中。一旦落實中港可引渡，難保港府不會將涉及國家安全罪行的疑犯移交到中國內地。他呼籲李家超停止為諂媚北京而罔顧港人安全，不要再引用殺人案借題發揮，倉促強推修例。
