梁家傑回應傳媒查詢有關今日廉署行動

1.          今日或之前廉政公署並沒有接觸本人。

2.          本人希望廉署根據一貫程序處理有關捐款的調查，以免公眾擔心甚至懷疑內地打壓異己的一套被搬到香港，以針對即將發生的民間抗爭運動。

3.          本人已多次明確否認曾收取黎智英先生30萬元捐款。

4.          本人早在2014年7月29日主動致函議員個人利益監察委員會提供一些文件協助監察委員會盡快處理投訴個案。隨後，本人在2014年8月21日已覆函監察委員會，並回應監察委員會早前要求，隨函附上「梁家傑．鄭宇碩」聯名戶口於2013年7月24日一筆30萬存入款項的本票。為回應傳媒關注，現提供兩封函件讓大家參考【附件一、二和三】。
