拒絕披露山頂大宅僭建方案 湯家驊感遺憾

公民黨立法會議員湯家驊早前致函予特首梁振英，要求對方交代其山頂貝璐道4號屋的僭建地下室的補救方案。湯家驊今日接獲特首辦的回覆，僅稱「補救工程經已完成」。湯家驊對梁振英缺乏向公眾問責之心，拒絕披露補救方案感到遣憾。

信函由行政長官私人秘書陳嘉信撰寫，信中指出，貝璐道4號屋的僭建地下室，「補救工程經已完成，行政長官委任的認可人士會繼續與屋宇署跟進。」信中又指出，「行政長官本著負責任的態度，全面配合屋宇署的查察，並聘請一個多專業的團隊，協助釐清及全面解決僭建問題。」

湯家驊直指︰「倘若梁振英真的本著負責任的態度，為何不向公眾披露補救方案的詳情？」湯家驊質詢，梁振英缺乏向公眾問責之心，反而心存僥倖，因此拒絕披露補救方案，藉此蒙混過關。

特首梁振英於去年11月，自揭其位於山頂貝璐道4號屋有一個約200呎的僭建地下室。惟事件擾釀逾半年、期間屋宇署容許梁振英先後6次提交補救方案，署方才於今年5月30日、接納業主梁振英委任的認可人士提交的修訂建議方案。湯家驊於上周三，分別致函予梁振英及屋宇署署長區載佳。湯家驊在信中要求梁振英交代事件始末、補救方案詳情等。
