楊岳橋促請行政長官盡快同意讓域外法權草案進入立法程序

今日（7月12日），公民黨立法會議員楊岳橋再次去函行政長官林鄭月娥，請求她盡快發出書面同意，以讓他將其草擬的《2019年侵害人身罪（修訂）（域外法律效力）條例草案》提交立法會，進入立法程序。

楊岳橋表示，希望林鄭特首不忘要為台灣殺人案中的受害者家屬尋求公義的初心，在政府撤回逃犯修例的恢復二讀辯論預告後，域外法權草案是剩下的可行方案。他又指，如果政府認為域外法權草案不可行，或因程序問題未能及時通過，應盡快向公眾交代其他補救方案。
